KODA Kultur
À Propos de Cette Opportunité
The Work Production Fund, administered by KODA Kultur, provides financial support for the development and production of new music and sound art works with a specific public performance in mind. It is open to composers and sound artists who are the creators of the work, whether the project is commissioned by an external party or self‑initiated. The fund can cover composition fees, expenses for the composer and collaborating artists, rental of special equipment, materials, and documentation of the work. For preliminary projects linked to larger productions, support up to DKK 30,000 is available without a co‑financing requirement; larger budgets may be funded partially, provided the applicant supplies a financing plan and co‑funding sources. Applications must include a project description (1–2 A4 pages), a budget, the composer’s CV, a signed contract (for commissioned works), and up to three audio examples. The deadline for the current round was 1 October 2026, and the fund operates three times a year (1 February 2027, 1 June 2027, 1 October 2027). Responses are given within two months, and payments are made in installments depending on the grant size. The program aims to strengthen the conditions for new music and sound art, contributing to a viable working life for composers and sound artists.
