Enregistrement, contenu et promotion – 2026/27

The Recording, Content and Promotion grant is a NSW Government initiative administered by Sound NSW, designed to strengthen the recorded music ecosystem and support career growth for contemporary music artists and acts. The program offers up to $30,000 per project to cover costs such as producer and collaborator fees, studio recording, mixing, mastering, pressing, manufacturing, digital marketing, publicity services, content creation and administrative expenses. Eligible applicants must be 18 years or older, currently live in New South Wales for at least 12 months, perform new and original contemporary music, and have a previous EP or album available on recognised platforms. Acts must have all members 18+ and at least 50% of members residing in NSW. Applicants must hold an ABN, provide a bank account or funds administrator, and contribute at least 30% cash co‑contribution to the project budget. The grant excludes experimental music, sound art, contemporary classical, opera, choral, ensembles, music theatre and community music groups. Projects must start no earlier than 7 December 2026 and be completed by 31 March 2028. Applications are submitted online via SmartyGrants, with the deadline on 21 September 2026 at 2:00 pm. The grant is competitive and funded by the NSW Government.
