Millay Arts (Austerlitz, NY) : Programme de résidence principale subventionnée
Millay Arts
À Propos de Cette Opportunité
Millay Arts’ historic Core Residency provides a supportive cohort of six to seven multidisciplinary artists selected through a blind jury process. Residents receive a private bedroom and studio (including bedding and linens), shared living spaces, a laundry room, a black‑and‑white darkroom, and full access to Millay’s facilities. Meals are covered by an in‑house chef, and groceries are provided. Applicants may choose a two‑week or month‑long stay, and the program runs in two sessions: Session I (April‑July) with a fall deadline and Session II (August‑November) with a spring deadline. The upcoming deadline is October 8, 2026 (late deadline). An application fee of $45 applies for on‑time submissions and $60 for late submissions; a $100 non‑refundable deposit is required from residents. While the residency does not guarantee a fixed stipend, funding partnerships may allow a stipend to offset expenses. Collaborative residencies for two artists (two‑week to month‑long) and collective residencies (5‑7 days) are also offered. The call is open to artists of all disciplines without age or nationality restrictions. Applications are submitted via Millay Arts’ Submittable portal, and all work must be anonymized for the blind jury. The residency is located on the historic Steepletop estate in Austerlitz, New York, USA.
