À Propos de Cette Opportunité
The James Ray Residency and Touring Project (JRRTP) is a program of the Seattle International Dance Festival (SIDF) that supports contemporary dance artists based in the Seattle area. Applications open on September 1 2026 and close on October 11 2026, with the residency beginning on January 1 2027. The program offers four residency slots for Seattle‑area artists or companies, providing financial support, touring development and support, free rehearsal space, business and operations consulting, and a fully‑produced performance at SIDF in June 2027. Applicants must live or work in King County and be available for cohort meetings and the June performance. The residency aims to strengthen the local dance ecology, help artists grow donors and patrons, and enhance organizational capacity. The application portal is available at https://seattleidf.org/apply/, and eligibility details are outlined in a PDF document linked on the program page.
