Appel à candidatures de la Hyde Bridge Gallery pour 2027

Hyde Bridge Gallery, administered by the Yeats Society Sligo, is inviting applications from both emerging and established visual artists for inclusion in its 2027 Exhibition Programme. The gallery aims to support and showcase the work of artists living and working in the region alongside selected national and international artists, while maintaining a strong commitment to community engagement and cultural participation. Artists are asked to submit a concise exhibition proposal (≈150 words) outlining their practice, the proposed exhibition, and the themes or ideas behind the work, as well as a list of works with titles, dimensions, medium, and year of completion. Up to five high‑quality images of recent work should be provided, and for moving image or video work a link to view the work online is requested. Applications are sent by email to the gallery’s contact address. The application deadline is Friday, 25 September 2026, with selection outcomes announced approximately one month later. Successful exhibiting artists will be required to pay a gallery rental fee of €420. The call is open to all visual artists, with no specific age, nationality, or residency restrictions noted. The exhibition period will be determined by the selected artists within the 2027 programme.
