Goethe-Institut
À Propos de Cette Opportunité
The Goethe‑Institut, in partnership with Expertise France and Institut français, runs a Mobility Grants scheme that supports short‑term physical, digital or hybrid mobility for artists and culture professionals across all artistic sectors. Up to 195 grants of a maximum of €4,000 each are awarded on a rolling basis until 15 September 2027, with quarterly cut‑off dates. Eligible applicants must be over 18, based in Sub‑Saharan Africa or the European Union (EU applicants must demonstrate links to Africa), and can apply individually or as a team. The grant may cover travel, accommodation, artist and facilitator fees, material costs, digital tools for hybrid projects and ecological measures such as CO₂ compensation. Ineligible costs include infrastructure, operational salaries and unrelated expenses. Applications are submitted through the Goethe‑Application Portal (GAP) in English, with a required template upload. The programme aims to strengthen Africa‑Africa and Africa‑Europe cultural exchanges, foster career development and create new collaborative opportunities.
