Programme « Global Citizen » dédié aux créateurs émergents

The Emerging Creatives Program, run by Global Citizen, provides a platform for emerging creatives in the Global South to highlight the need for open civic space worldwide. Each month a creative is selected for a seven‑month cycle, receiving an honorarium and a feature on Global Citizen’s platforms. Applicants must submit a brief portfolio, describe how their work engages with UN Sustainable Development Goals or civic‑space issues (such as freedom of expression, access to human rights, or civic engagement), and indicate their country of residence. The program is open to all artistic disciplines (painting, poetry, film, fashion, performance, etc.) and seeks creators who use their art to spark social change. Applications are submitted through a Google Form, and selections are made on a rolling basis with no fixed deadline. The initiative offers exposure, an honorarium, and the opportunity to join a community of socially engaged artists.
