Carwan Gallery, an international contemporary collectible design gallery now reopening in Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong, is looking for a Gallery Assistant Intern. The role supports the preparation and organization of exhibitions, openings, and events, provides administrative and communication assistance, and helps with logistics such as shipping and condition reports. Candidates will assist with website updates, social media, and basic research on artists and designers. The internship is part‑time (2‑3 days per week, Tuesday‑Saturday, 11 am‑7 pm) with occasional weekend event support, and runs until the gallery’s grand opening in November 2026. Compensation is discussed individually; a stipend for lunch, local transportation and pre‑approved task expenses is included. Applicants should be university students or recent graduates in Fine Arts, Design, Architecture or related fields, fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin), and hold a valid HKID or work visa.
