The Right to Make: A Creative Access Project is an initiative of Horizons Cork in partnership with Cork City Council, supported by Creative Ireland. It engages intellectually disabled adults across Cork City through the Suisha Inclusive Arts programme, offering artist‑led creative workshops in multiple art forms. Horizons is inviting quotations from qualified service providers to deliver external evaluation services as an independent contractor. The contractor will design and implement an evaluation framework, gather qualitative and quantitative data, and provide evidence‑based findings and recommendations to inform ongoing delivery and future programme development. The contract period runs from September 2026 to December 2026, with a maximum contract value of €4,900 (2026) inclusive of VAT. Applicants must have significant experience in evaluation, preferably in arts and disability arts, and must provide a cover letter, CV, quotation, and two references. The role is remote with occasional in‑person meetings. Applications are due by 4 September 2026, 12:00pm.
