Open Studio, Canada’s only artist‑run printmaking centre, is seeking a full‑time Executive Director to steward the organization into its next chapter. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will provide strategic, financial, operational and administrative leadership for the studio, its two exhibition spaces, and its artist‑member community. Core responsibilities include people leadership of a small staff, development and implementation of the 2025‑28 strategic plan, fundraising and donor stewardship, budget oversight, and oversight of studio and gallery operations. The role also involves representing Open Studio within the national and international printmaking community. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in artist‑run centres or non‑profit arts organisations, strong knowledge of the Toronto arts sector, proven fundraising and financial management skills, and a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion. Salary is $65,000–$75,000 CAD, with a self‑directed RRSP matching up to $700, 25 days paid time off, health and dental insurance, and paid sick days. The position is based on‑site at 401 Richmond Street West, Toronto, with a projected start date of 4 January 2027.
