The Gamm Theatre, a leading New England professional theatre based in Warwick, Rhode Island, is hiring an Executive Director to serve as the senior administrative and strategic leader of the organization. Reporting to the Board of Directors and working closely with Artistic Director Tony Estrella, the Executive Director will oversee daily operations, financial management, fundraising, marketing, education, and community partnerships. The role includes supervising six direct reports, managing a $2.5 million operating budget, and guiding the theatre’s long‑term sustainability, including exploring facility ownership. Candidates must have five to ten years of senior nonprofit leadership experience, preferably within a theatre setting, and a demonstrated record of major‑gift fundraising and donor cultivation. The position offers an annual salary ranging from $125,000 to $140,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance, a SIMPLE IRA with up to 3 % employer match, paid vacation, personal and sick days, bereavement leave, and twelve paid holidays.
