The role sits within the Community & Access (C&A) team and is responsible for developing and delivering programmes that broaden public engagement with the Gallery’s collection and exhibitions. The incumbent will work closely with curatorial, education and outreach teams to design inclusive initiatives, manage volunteer programmes, and support audience development strategies.
