Coda Music & Arts Trust, based at Chewton Farm Rd, Christchurch (BH23 5QL), is entering an exciting new chapter and is looking for an inspiring Creative Programme Director (Music). The role is a three‑day‑per‑week position (22.5 hours) with a pro‑rated salary of £30,000‑£35,000 per annum and a three‑month probation period. The Director will maintain, develop and produce a dynamic, inclusive music programme that engages participants, supports learning and wellbeing, and connects communities. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, programme management, partnership development, budgeting, staff supervision, and delivering high‑quality music education and health programmes. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and wider team, oversee curriculum development, community outreach, and ensure the programme aligns with Coda’s core values of excellence, inclusivity and community engagement. Applicants must hold a degree or postgraduate qualification in music or a related discipline and demonstrate relevant experience in music programme development, management, and community engagement.
