Eligible projects must be non‑ticketed, free to attend, have no catering or alcohol, be open to the public, and be scheduled at least 12 weeks in advance. Applicants must be based in Chicago. Applications are submitted via an online SurveyMonkey form and are reviewed during the first week of each month.
