À Propos de Cette Opportunité

The Connected Horizons Programme, hosted by Visual Artists Ireland (VAI), invites artists from the six counties of Carlow, Down, Dublin, Longford, Louth and Westmeath to participate in a series of online and in‑person sessions designed to foster connections, provide constructive feedback and open doors to opportunities with leading arts organisations.

Session 1 – Show & Tell (Monday 5 Oct 2026, online) – Artists present their work in a rapid, supportive format to a panel of representatives from organisations such as Carlow Arts Festival, Ards Art Centre, The LAB Gallery, and others. Five slots are available; selected presenters receive a speaker’s fee of €50.

Session 2 – Peer Clinic Sessions (Tuesday 20 Oct 2026, online) – Moderated, structured online workshops where artists share challenges and receive in‑depth feedback.

Session 3 – In‑Person Clinics & Networking (Wednesday 4 Nov 2026, VAI Dublin) – Face‑to‑face networking and one‑to‑one clinics with facilitators.

Eligibility: Artists of any discipline based in the six counties. Registration is open via the VAI website; a small fee of €5 (or €10 for general admission) applies, with a bursary ticket available for artists in financial distress. The event is fully online, with the final clinic held in Dublin.

The programme offers artists the chance to connect with peers, receive mentorship, and gain visibility with key arts organisations, making it a valuable professional development opportunity for emerging and established practitioners alike.
