The Norfolk & Norwich Festival is seeking a full‑time, permanent Communications Officer to support its Communications and Development team. The role, based in Norwich, involves developing and delivering year‑round communications and fundraising campaigns for the festival and its year‑round schools and communities work. Key responsibilities include managing social media, email campaigns, website content, and supporting the creation of visual and written content. The position requires strong digital marketing skills, experience with social media analytics, and a good understanding of marketing and development for the arts. Applicants should have excellent communication skills, be proficient with CMS and CRM systems, and have an interest in contemporary, multi‑artform programming.
