Centre des arts de Gibraltar Point

Gibraltar Point Centre for the Arts invites individual artists, writers, or small groups (up to 10 people) to apply for self‑directed residencies during November‑December 2025 and into 2026. Residencies last from one week up to one month, with four‑week options available from November to April subject to availability. Participants receive a private studio (visual arts or writer’s studio) or lodge space, a private bedroom in shared housing, access to communal kitchens, laundry, Wi‑Fi, and a range of studio equipment (e.g., darkrooms, music/media studios, textile workspaces). The centre provides orientation, accessibility support, and a handbook before arrival. No application fee is required; residency fees start at CAD 500 and vary by studio type and length. International artists must arrange their own visas, but a confirmation letter can be provided for grant applications. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until all spots are filled, and are processed through an online form.
