Monte Cook Games (MCG) announces an open call for artists with American Indigenous ties to illustrate the Meridian, the setting of the upcoming role‑playing game Between Earth & Sky, based on Rebecca Roanhorse’s Black Sun trilogy. The commission offers competitive rates, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to contribute artwork that will shape the visual identity of the game. Applicants should have a dynamic style that fits MCG’s existing artwork while bringing their own cultural perspective. The call is open to artists who can commit through summer 2027 and who claim cultural, heritage, or traditional connections to Indigenous groups of the Americas.
