Programme de bourses à New York – Automne 2026
Magnum Foundation
À Propos de Cette Opportunité
Magnum Foundation’s New York City Fellowship is a 12‑week program for early‑career photographers and photojournalists based in New York City. The fellowship provides a $5,000 production grant at the start of the cycle to cover costs associated with the creation, completion and distribution of a documentary photography project that addresses social issues and engages local communities. Fellows also receive mentorship from the Foundation’s staff and extended network, bi‑weekly project reviews, and the opportunity to work two days a week in the Foundation’s office, gaining paid arts‑administration experience and contributing to the organization’s day‑to‑day operations. Applicants must be NYC‑based, have completed at least one long‑term project, and be willing to commit to the 12‑week schedule from mid‑September to mid‑December. The fellowship is open to photographers of all ages and disciplines, with a preference for those who can demonstrate expertise in arts administration, research, writing, video production, or graphic design. The application deadline is September 1 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. The selection committee will review resumes, cover letters, project proposals, and a portfolio edit. Successful fellows will receive the production grant, a stipend of $25 per hour for the in‑office work, and the chance to build professional relationships within the Foundation and the broader NYC arts community.
