Appel à candidatures : Édition de cartes postales à couverture souple

Softcover, an independent bookstore in Vienna dedicated to print culture, visual arts and self‑publishing, is running an Open Call for its Postcard Edition. Submissions are accepted from 28 July to 31 August 2026 and are open to artists, designers, illustrators, photographers, graphic designers, typographers, writers and any creative whose work translates well to an A6 postcard format. Works may be new or unpublished, and submissions are welcome worldwide, of any age, and are free of charge. Accepted pieces will be printed in a limited run, sold in Softcover’s Vienna shop and online, with the artist receiving a 50 % commission on each card sold (retail price €3‑5), ten complimentary copies, full coverage of printing costs, and promotion via Softcover’s website, Instagram and newsletter. Artists retain ownership of their work while granting Softcover non‑exclusive rights to print, display, promote and sell the postcards with proper attribution. AI‑generated and 18+ content are not permitted. Technical specifications require A6 size (105 × 148 mm), portrait preferred, with files submitted as low‑resolution JPEGs following a naming convention.
