Appel à candidatures : Programme de résidence d'artistes à Berlin (2027)

The DAAD Artists-in-Berlin Program, run by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in partnership with the German Federal Foreign Office and the Senate of Berlin, invites applications from internationally established artists worldwide. The program offers a fully funded, one‑year residency in Berlin, providing studio space, accommodation, a stipend, and opportunities to exhibit or perform work in the program’s gallery, the daadgalerie. Applicants may be from any age and must work in one of the four disciplines: visual arts, film, literature, or music & sound. The residency is highly selective, with around 20 fellowships awarded each year. The next application period opens in October 2026, following the previous deadline of December 15 2024 for the 2026 cycle. The program emphasizes artistic and cultural exchange, encouraging fellows to engage with the Berlin arts scene and produce new work during their stay.
