The Festival of Arts Pageant of the Masters (FOAPOM) invites visual artists to apply for exhibition space in its annual Summer Fine Art Show. Applicants must be 18 years or older and have lived in Orange County for at least one year prior to the deadline (October 30, 2026). Proof of residency such as a property tax bill or lease agreement is required. Submissions consist of five digital images per medium; a non‑refundable jury fee of $50 per medium is required. Selected artists will be invited to a physical jury where three pieces are evaluated. Accepted exhibitors receive a booth (approximately 48 of 120 spaces are allocated through the jury), exposure to thousands of visitors, the opportunity to sell work without commission, and a requirement to complete 10 hours of volunteer service. An $800 booth fee, a city business license, and a California seller’s permit are the exhibitor’s responsibilities. The exhibition runs roughly from early July through early September 2026. This recurring annual call provides artists with public visibility, sales opportunities, and community engagement in Laguna Beach, California.
