The micro‑Residency program of Proyecto Ace (´ace) provides 10‑15 day intensive residencies in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is designed for artists, curators and researchers at any career stage who wish to start a new project, deepen an ongoing one, or finish existing work. Applications are accepted at any time of the year; registration is free and the call is rolling. Residents receive private or shared studio space, dedicated technicians (full‑time or part‑time), access to a wide range of equipment (printers, scanners, painting and drawing workspaces, printmaking facilities, etching press, silkscreen studio, lithography studio, light tables, drying racks, etc.), exhibition and performance venues, meals (welcome, farewell and at least two meals per day), a SUBE transportation card with an initial charge, accident insurance, and a permanent profile on the project's website. Housing is offered in private apartments or shared facilities on‑campus. The program welcomes artists from any country, any discipline (visual, performance, sound, digital, interdisciplinary, etc.) and any career stage. Applicants submit a free online registration, receive an information PDF by email, prepare required materials and send the completed application to ace.pirar@proyectoace.org. No application fee is required. The residency fee varies by age and duration and is typically covered by the resident’s institution or paid directly by the artist; it does not include travel tickets, visas, lodging, health insurance, special materials or shipping of works.
