The Hanover Theatre & Conservatory is seeking an experienced arts leader to guide its programming and production strategy, expand artistic partnerships, strengthen audience engagement, and oversee the delivery of ambitious performing arts experiences.
Lo Que Se Ofrece
Salary $135,000‑$150,000; health, dental, vision coverage; 401(k) match; paid time off; HRA; Massachusetts Paid Family Leave.
Restricciones
8‑10 years senior programming/production experience; bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred); knowledge of performing‑arts unions; ability to work evenings/weekends.
