PREMIOS DE LA VIII BIENAL DE ESCULTURA LIH PAO

The 8th Lih Pao Sculpture Biennial Awards, organized by the Lih Pao Cultural Arts Foundation in cooperation with the Austrian Office Taipei and supported by the Taiwanese Ministry of Culture, invites artists worldwide to submit up to two original sculpture works for a chance to win prestigious awards. The competition is open to artists aged 18 and older, with works required to be suitable for permanent display and meeting specific dimensional and weight limits (combined dimensions 240–400 cm, longest side ≤200 cm, weight ≤1 000 kg). The application period runs from May 7 2026 to September 30 2026, after which finalists will be selected for an on‑site review in 2027. Winners receive substantial monetary prizes—USD 45,000 for the Gold Award, USD 25,000 for the Silver Award, USD 15,000 for the Bronze Award, USD 20,000 for the Jury Award, and USD 8,000 for six Honorable Mentions—as well as travel and accommodation subsidies. The event aims to integrate sculpture into architectural landscapes and promote international cultural exchange.
