Residencia de artistas «Tekstiilikeskus»

Tekstiilikeskus, the Textile Arts Centre in Lehtse, Estonia, runs an artist‑run residency program lasting one month. It is primarily aimed at professional textile, fiber, and related artists, but also welcomes multidisciplinary creators interested in exploring textile practices. Residents receive a private bedroom, shared studio and living spaces, kitchen access, equipment, basic materials, cleaning supplies, bedding, towels and Wi‑Fi. The programme encourages engagement with the local textile community through workshops, studio visits, excursions and informal exchanges, though participation is self‑directed and no specific outcomes are required. The residency fee is €600 per month, covering accommodation and essentials; there is no separate application fee. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, with a specific deadline of 31 October 2026 for the current round. Travel is self‑funded, but the centre can provide invitation letters to support grant applications.
