O’Connell Street Artists Studios is offering 21 private, own‑door studio spaces for visual artists in Dublin’s city centre. The studios feature natural light from large heritage windows, blank canvas interiors, and are part of a community of 21 artists. Rent ranges from €200–€300 per month plus overheads (electricity, internet and common area services). The pilot scheme is available from September 2026 and runs for up to 12 months, with the possibility of extension. Applications close on 28 August 2026 at 17:00. An open day is scheduled for Thursday 20 August 2026 from 12:00 to 14:00, where prospective tenants can view the spaces, review contracts and ask questions.
