Rockvale Writers Colony (RWC) is a writers’ retreat and residency located in the rolling hills of College Grove, Tennessee. The program runs year‑round, accepting applications through a Submittable form and offering both weeklong residencies (six nights, Monday to Sunday) and mini‑residencies (1–3 nights). The residency fee ranges from $550 to $600 for a week, depending on accommodation, with a $15 non‑refundable application fee for first‑time applicants. Applicants must be self‑driven, independent, and able to work quietly in a shared environment; there are no age, nationality, or genre restrictions. The colony provides accommodation in farmhouse rooms, a cabin, or a granary, along with a dedicated writing space and kitchen access; meals and travel are the writer’s responsibility.
