The Ordway Center for the Performing Arts in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Vice President, Earned Revenue & Marketing. Reporting to the President & CEO and serving on the senior leadership team, the VP will lead the Marketing, Sales, and Audience Development departments to grow an $11 million earned‑revenue portfolio anchored by Broadway ticket sales. Responsibilities include developing and executing innovative marketing and sales strategies, overseeing season campaigns, expanding audience diversity, managing a team of three direct reports, and collaborating with Advancement and Business Resources to align revenue and donor engagement. The role requires a proven track record of leading $11 million‑plus revenue functions in performing‑arts or Broadway environments, expertise in ticketing, subscriptions, group sales, dynamic pricing, and data‑driven decision‑making. Compensation includes a salary range of $140,000–$160,000 plus comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, paid leave, etc.).
