Director ejecutivo – Byrdcliffe (Woodstock, Nueva York)

Byrdcliffe, America’s oldest continuously operating arts colony in Woodstock, New York, is hiring an Executive Director to guide its next chapter. The role involves overseeing daily operations, fundraising, program development, and expanding the artist residency program while preserving the historic campus. The Director will work with staff, the Board, artists, donors, and community partners to ensure long‑term sustainability. Compensation includes a $90,000 annual salary, a housing benefit (reduced on‑site residence or stipend), health care stipend, paid vacation, sick time, and relocation expenses.
