CONVOCATORIA ABIERTA «CARROUSSA SONORE»

The Carroussa Sonore project, conceived by artist Younes Baba‑Ali, transforms a traditional Moroccan street cart into a mobile sound platform that broadcasts contemporary sound art in public space. For the Image Generator Festival’s Antwerp iteration (17–19 September 2026), ten selected artists will have their works featured through the cart’s speakers, creating a collective sonic experience. Artists may submit any genre or language, provided the piece is a single sound‑based creation no longer than ten minutes. The call is open to individual artists, associations, or collectives of international artists of any age. Selected participants receive a €185 (ex. VAT) honorarium and must be able to invoice for payment. Applications are submitted via a Google Form. The project is supported by Extra City, The Image Generator festival, and Werktank, offering production support and exposure in a high‑visibility public setting.
