The Multicultural Arts Programme Grant (Ecosystem Development) is administered by Singapore's National Arts Council (NAC) to fund projects that develop the multicultural arts ecosystem. Eligible activities include residencies, incubation labs, youth mentorship programmes, research and documentation, thought‑leadership platforms, educational resources, festivals and regional collaborations across performing, visual, literary and multidisciplinary arts. Funding covers up to 100% of a realistic project budget, capped at SGD 300,000, for a maximum project duration of 18 months. Applicants may be individuals, organisations or collectives, but the lead applicant must be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident and the project must primarily benefit Singapore‑based practitioners. Applications are submitted online via the OurSG Grants Portal by 15 September 2026, with notifications by 30 December 2026. Grants of SGD 10,000+ require certified accounts; those of SGD 100,000+ require independent audits. Each applicant may submit up to two applications per category per financial year.
