Llamar a Afro-Portugal

The Afro-Portugal Team invites the artistic community to submit proposals for the residency program and collective exhibition “O Nosso Lugar No Agora” at Casa da Esquina. Inspired by James Baldwin — “The challenge is in the moment (…) the time is always now” — this call recognizes the present as a space for action, listening, and creation. Here, art emerges as a place of resistance, reimagination, and projection of futures.
