The Flanders Arts Institute, in partnership with Kooperativa, is offering a mobility programme for Flemish artists and arts professionals to immerse themselves in the South‑Eastern European arts sector. The programme runs from 1 October 2026 to 30 June 2027 and supports 3‑ to 5‑day job‑shadowing visits in grassroots, artist‑run or socially‑engaged organisations across Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia. Applicants must be Flemish and working in visual arts, performing arts, music or sound. The call is open until 1 March 2027, with monthly review dates. Selected participants receive per diems and up to €300 to cover host costs, following Erasmus+ funding guidelines. Applicants apply in two steps: first an email to the FAI team, then a full application including a letter of intent from the host, a visit plan, motivation and a reporting proposal. The programme aims to deepen cross‑regional understanding of arts and democracy, build networks and share experiences back to the Flemish arts community.
