The International Touring and Environmental Responsibility (ITER) programme, now in its fifth year, invites artists, venues, touring companies and other performing‑arts practitioners from England, Scotland, Denmark and Norway to join a series of free online seminars (1 Oct – 10 Dec 2026). The programme offers two streams – a beginner Pathfinder track and an advanced Changemaker track – focusing on climate‑justice, equity and sustainable touring practices. Up to 60 participants are selected, receiving mentorship, networking opportunities and the possibility to form collaborative groups (three or more) that can apply for up to £30,000 in project funding (applications open 6 Nov 2026 – 11 Jan 2027). The initiative is financed by Arts Council England, Arts Council Norway, Creative Scotland and the Danish Arts Foundation, and delivered by Julie’s Bicycle in partnership with in futurum.
