Acerca de Esta Oportunidad

Woman Made Gallery (WMG) invites women and non‑binary artists aged 65 and older to submit work for “In Full View,” a juried group exhibition that runs from October 10 to November 7, 2026 in Chicago, Illinois. The show examines themes of visibility, invisibility, identity, aging, memory, and the legacy of a fully lived life. All media are welcome, and artists may submit 1‑3 original artworks (collaborative works accepted if all participants meet the eligibility criteria). Submissions must be created by the artist; AI tools may be used for research or inspiration but the final work must not be primarily AI‑generated. A brief artist statement is required. The exhibition offers group exposure, the possibility of sales, and fee waivers for artists who demonstrate financial need, with a specific reserve for ALAANA/BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ applicants. Entry fee is $24.60 (USD) with waivers available. Notification of selection will be sent by August 29, 2026. Accepted works will be installed in the gallery and may be sold or listed as Not for Sale.
