Art Basel, the world‑leading organizer of modern and contemporary art fairs, is hiring a Head of Partnership Development Asia based in Hong Kong. The role is a senior commercial leadership position responsible for driving Art Basel’s partnership strategy across Asian markets, developing relationships with luxury, lifestyle and technology brands, and securing multi‑year, high‑value collaborations that extend beyond individual fairs. The incumbent will act as the senior commercial representative for the region, overseeing the Asia sales team, defining annual sales strategies, and collaborating with internal departments such as Commercial Strategy, Show Management, Marketing and VIP Relations. Applicants must have at least ten years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales or business development, a proven track record of negotiating large‑scale deals, and strong leadership skills. Fluency in English is required; additional Asian languages are advantageous.
