The Oregon Shakespeare Festival (OSF) in Ashland, OR, is one of the nation’s leading regional theatre companies, presenting a rotating repertory of up to ten plays and musical productions each season. OSF is currently in a period of renewal and growth, and it is looking for a Director of People & Culture to join its senior leadership team. The role will oversee all aspects of People & Culture, including employee relations, professional development, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and compliance. The director will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, fostering a workplace culture rooted in respect, inclusion, transparency, and accountability. Key responsibilities include strengthening employee relations practices, improving HR systems and processes, supporting managers, and navigating labor relations in a highly unionized environment. The position requires demonstrated leadership experience in People & Culture or Human Resources, preferably within the performing arts or a similarly collaborative creative environment, and deep knowledge of labor relations and collective bargaining. Restricciones
