Convocatoria de propuestas – Lumière: El arte de la luz 2027

Lumière: The Art of Light will temporarily transform Trillium Park at Ontario Place in February and March 2027. This free exhibition invites Ontario‑based artists to explore light as a primary medium under the theme “Structures of Light”. Selected installations should function as sculptural elements by day and reveal their full expression through illumination after dark, with optional interactive components. Applicants must submit a CV, biographical statement, concept and design mock‑up, materials list, technical specifications, production/maintenance/safety plan, proof of insurance and a location preference. Successful artists may receive a production budget of up to $18,000 CAD (excluding HST) and will have their work exhibited on site. Submissions are made online via Submittable and the deadline is 18 September 2026, 11:59 p.m. ET.
