Taller Blackhorse

Blackhorse Workshop, a social enterprise based in London’s Waltham Forest, runs a 3‑month residency aimed at early‑career artists with a strong interest in wood and metal work. The residency provides free desk space in a shared studio, access to professional wood and metal workshops, and regular development support from specialist technicians. Applicants are encouraged to have a connection to Waltham Forest and come from under‑represented backgrounds in the arts. The program culminates in a public presentation of the resident’s work, offering a platform for emerging makers. There is no application fee, and the residency does not provide housing or travel support. The call is open on a rolling basis, accepting applications year‑round until the residency is filled.
