The City of Las Cruces Quality of Life Department, in partnership with the Branigan Cultural Center, invites high school juniors and seniors from public, private, charter, or homeschooled settings in Las Cruces to apply for the Annual All-City High School Art Show 2027. This juried exhibition will run from March 5 to May 8, 2027, displaying selected works in a professional museum setting for two months. Up to five pieces may be submitted per student, across all mediums including painting, drawing, ceramics, photography, digital art, and mixed media, with size limits of 60 inches for 2‑D works and 36 inches for 3‑D works. All artwork must be created while attending high school and cannot contain AI‑generated components. Accepted artists will also receive a free framing workshop hosted by the Las Cruces Museums Collections Team to prepare their pieces for exhibition. Applications open at the end of August 2026 and close on January 22, 2027, at 5:00 P.M. (MDT). A parent/guardian or teacher must certify the application. The exhibition will culminate with an opening reception on March 5, 2027, where Best in Show and category awards are announced.
