Braziers Park
Acerca de Esta Oportunidad
The ACRE (Academic and Creative Research) Residency Programme at Braziers Park invites artists, researchers, writers, and creative practitioners to live and work within the intentional community of Braziers Park, a Grade II* listed house and 57‑acre estate near Wallingford, Oxfordshire. The residency supports independent projects while encouraging engagement with the community’s social, ecological, and cultural life. Applicants may propose stays ranging from one month to one year, with the open call period running from 1 December 2026 to 8 March 2027. The programme accepts up to 12 residents, and the call will close once suitable candidates are selected. Residents are expected to contribute eight hours of community volunteering per week and participate in weekly meetings. Private accommodation is provided for a monthly contribution of £560.15, and meals are optional and charged separately. The residency offers access to a library, quiet workspaces, communal rooms, gardens, meadows, woodland, and shared gathering spaces. Applicants should submit a short project description, biography, portfolio links, and preferred dates. The application is free and can be completed online via the ACRE Application Form.
