Exposición Nacional de Abstractos

Mark Arts, in Wichita, Kansas, is calling for artists to submit up to four original two‑dimensional oil paintings for the Mark Arts National Oil Painting Exhibition, opening Friday, January 8 2027. The juried show, judged by acclaimed painter Daniel Keys, will run through March 13 2027 in the Gladys and Karl T. Wiedemann Gallery. Artists may submit works that are for sale, created within the last two years, and not previously exhibited in Wichita. The exhibition offers $3,000 in cash awards—$1,500 for first place—and a complimentary illustrated catalog will be mailed to each accepted artist. Entry is $25, with an additional $5 media fee for each piece beyond the first. The event is open to all artists living and working in the United States, regardless of professional status.
