Arbeitsstipendien

The Work Grants, administered by KODA, aim to support the creative phase of music creation – composition, songwriting and lyric writing – across all rhythmic genres. All composers and songwriters who are members of KODA may apply. The applicant must be the project author and cannot apply on behalf of others. Only one work grant can be awarded per person per calendar year, and applicants may not receive funding for the same project from multiple KODA grant schemes. The grants are awarded in amounts ranging from DKK 12,500 to DK K 40,000, depending on the scope of the project. Applications are accepted twice a year; the upcoming deadline is 1 October 2026 at 15:00. Required materials include a short text (max 2,000 characters), a CV/mini‑biography (PDF), up to three music files (MP3/M4A) with metadata, a description of the selected pieces, and any lyrics (PDF). Applications are submitted via KODA’s online portal, and applicants receive a decision approximately two months after the deadline.
