Winter 2027 in Valle de Bravo

Creative Comfort Winter 2027 is a short‑term artist residency hosted by The Creative Comfort Society in Valle de Bravo, Estado de México, Mexico. Three 2‑week sessions run from January to March 2027 (Jan 20‑Feb 2, Feb 8‑21, Mar 1‑14) and each accepts up to 12 artists. The program provides two meals per day, private housing (individual apartments/cabins), shared kitchen, shared studios, film scanner, printers, a non‑recording music/media studio, excursions and transportation to and from Mexico City. While the residency costs are covered by a sliding‑scale fee (CAD $1,298‑$2,465) that does not affect admission decisions, applications are free to submit. Applicants must be at least 19 years old, can be based anywhere in the world, and may apply individually or as a team. The residency is open to artists of any career stage and discipline, with pets not allowed but family‑friendly. An application form (Google Form) is available online, and the deadline for submissions is 30 September 2026.
