Fördermittel für die Kunstszene in Tempe

The City of Tempe’s Community Arts Grants program supports the long‑term growth of the arts by funding high‑quality, community‑initiated projects for nonprofit arts organizations and artist collectives. The program offers two distinct grant streams:

• Creative Current Grant – up to $10,000 for established nonprofit organizations that deliver consistent, high‑quality arts programming and drive Tempe’s cultural momentum.

• Next Wave Grant – up to $2,500 for newer nonprofits, small creative businesses (LLCs) and first‑time applicants looking to spark innovative ideas and elevate fresh voices.

Both grants have a deadline of July 15 2027 and require a final report by June 30 2027. The grants are awarded annually and are open to all qualifying organizations located in Tempe, AZ.

Applicants must be registered nonprofits or LLCs in Tempe and must operate as community arts organizations. No application fee is required.
