Sónar+D & Fundación Cotec: Offene Ausschreibung „Knowcase“ 2027

Sónar+D, in partnership with Fundación Cotec, has launched an Open Call for proposals to create a digital culture installation that will occupy the KNOWCASE storefront at Cotec’s headquarters in Madrid’s Chamberí district. The call is open to a broad range of creators – artists, collectives, designers, technologists, universities, research centres, start‑ups, businesses, creative agencies, producers, cultural institutions and multidisciplinary teams. Proposals must be original, never exhibited before, and should address themes of digital transition, circular production, or intangible economies, incorporating participatory and interactive elements. The selected project will receive a maximum budget of €100,000 (plus VAT) to cover all aspects of development, production, installation, maintenance, documentation, artist fees, travel, accommodation and insurance, and will be exhibited in KNOWCASE for at least two years.
