Raccont'Arti – Preis für zeitgenössische Fotografie 2026

Raccont'Arti is a free international open call for photographers and visual artists organized by the Premio Castelfiorentino per le Arti. The 2026 edition, themed “Beyond the Visible: The Image of Absence,” invites participants to explore how absence can generate meaning in photographic practice. The competition is divided into two categories: an Open category for all photographers/visual artists and a Student category for those currently enrolled in accredited art schools or who have graduated within the past year. Winners receive cash prizes (€3,000 for the Open category, €500 for the Student category), a group exhibition in Castelfiorentino, Italy, and publication opportunities. The Open category winner may also have their work acquired by Ente Cambiano and Banca Cambiano 1884. The award is supported by Fondazione Teatro del Popolo, Ente Cambiano s.c.p.a., the Municipality of Castelfiorentino, and Centro Culturale Cambio.
