Öffentliche Kunstskulptur – Eingang zu einer Kajak-Anlegestelle in Zentral-Iowa

This open call invites artists (individuals or teams) residing and working in the United States, with proven experience completing outdoor public sculptures funded over $15,000, to submit proposals for a new public artwork marking the entrance to a kayak launch site in central Iowa. Three finalists will be invited to develop commissioned proposals, after which one artist will be selected to realize the work. The total awarded budget is $90,000, covering all costs including materials, travel, lodging, artist fee, sub‑contractor fees, insurance, and installation. A $1,000 compensation is provided for proposal development. Applications are submitted online via PublicArtist.org, and the deadline is 11/06/2026 (5 pm Central Time).
