The application process is two‑phase: Phase I requires a concise application, CVs, and, if applicable, letters of intent; Phase II allows a four‑week period to submit a detailed project plan, budget, timetable, and communication plan. Applications are assessed by an advisory committee against criteria such as significance, design quality, methodology, and contribution to a diverse design sector. The scheme covers the 2025‑2028 period, with a 2026 budget of €1,339,000 and a grant period budget of €587,000. The deadline for the 2026 round is 19 August 2026 at 16:00 CEST.
